it is vital that grads with IDD and their families are able to reach out to those still in transition and share the stories of their experiences "outside the box" in the real community via PCP and Circles of Support and the possibilities that exist outside the realm of traditional segregated agency centered services----the group home/dayhab/sheltered workshop track

Picking a Career choice in this country Sean disconected to real job requirements false romantics picture of job ok for kids but things like if a job requires a holding a 75 lb camera in shoulder and move it not something one should find out a need skill to find full employement after your money went in to school Loans and all that Money and time spent on application processes
