obtaining medical practitioners

New York State Department of Health and its agencies continue to claim to have no knowledge whatsoever of any neurologists, physiatrists, occupational therapists, physical therapists and/or speech therapists anywhere in the world, and direct parents and guardians of the disabled that the parents/guardians must seek out any of these which the parents/guardians desire. Also, the NYSDOH and associated agencies continually claim "I'm sorry, but there is nothing I can do" when asked for assistance.

After 20+ years of this, New York State needs to search the world over to find appropriate personnel and establish schools of medicine to train these specialties. Also, the NYSDOH needs to terminate most of their employees and facilities, such as the OPWDD and the DDSO and the DSO, all of which are very proud to assert their inability to perform any meaningful actions, thus saving much money for the state of New York while having no effect upon the disabled.
