Reasonable accommodation: Working from home.

People suffer from a multitude of disabilities which limit them in a variety of ways. Being able to work from home would make a simple one size fits accommodation for many health conditions.

Aside from obvious limitations... people who suffer from anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, agoraphobia, IBS, and other disabilities where standing or face to face interaction and other limitations are in question, could benifit from the familiarity and pace involved with working from home as well as avoiding further discrimination in the workplace (or fear of it, real or perceived).

With technology growing everyday, I feel it would almost create an undue hardship (for many different conditions) for employers not to consider such an option.
